The implementation of Unblu was done by the company’s long-term and trusted partner Soitron, a leader in implementing new technologies and innovative solutions across all sectors. Just like Unblu, Soitron offers unique solutions and integrated the latest project according to Raiffeisenbank CZ’s needs and requirements.

With now 99% of all Live Chat sessions coming from the mobile app, where the customer is logged in already, it is a secure channel and allows Raiffeisenbank CZ to have a holistic view of all incoming chat requests, replacing the majority of communication via email.
