Intesa SanPaolo, Italy´s leading bank, completed its rollout of unblu co-browsing, complementing its vast network of retail branches with a full service e-branch service.

Co-Browsing is the most recent innovation Intesa SanPaolo is bringing to its retail clients. Every customer with an online banking account can now receive the same personalized service from the bank that otherwise is only available in a physical branch. With this service, Intesa SanPaolo becomes the first major Italian bank offering its clients advanced virtual real time collaboration services.
