Customizing Unblu Financial Cloud and on-premises setups
You can customize many aspects of Unblu. The way customization is achieved can be very different for Unblu Financial Cloud versus on-premises integrations but the Settings in the Agent Desk are virtually identical in both the Unblu Financial Cloud and on-premises (see below).
For on-premises implementations you can customize your branding. See On Premises UI Customization and Using Custom Webfonts.
If you require a customization for which you do not find an appropriate setting dialog in the Admin Application, contact support@unblu.com as we have the ability to help out with specific master admin settings in some instances.
UI customizations
The Unblu user interface is highly configurable. The properties described here are simple to use and already impacts how Unblu looks like for the visitor and the agent.
For more advanced use-cases, like configuring Unblu based on design documents or corporate identity guides, it is recommended to contact support@unblu.com to get more informations.
Brand colors
By setting the brand colors all non-black/grey/white colors in Unblu may be changed to the ones of your brand. Shades of these colors used, e.g., for hover states, are automatically calculated on these configurations.
The following four colors properties allow you to change the colors used on the visitor side and on the agent side.
Text font
com.unblu.ui.branding.fontFamilyWebfont allows you to select the font that will be used in Unblu.
Border radius
The border radius property influences how rounds the corners of elements are:
