The right question isn't how much can we automate – it is where does AI genuinely help, and where does human judgment remain essential. Aria gives institutions the tools to answer that for themselves, within their own compliance requirements. That autonomy is by design.

No-code AI orchestration that gives banks and wealth managers the means to deploy AI-powered client engagement at scale, without compromising on compliance or human oversight.

BASEL, SWITZERLAND – June 2026 – Unblu has announced the launch of Aria, its Experience Studio for Financial Services. Aria is a no-code orchestration platform that enables retail banks, private banks, and wealth management firms to design and deploy client engagement flows, optionally powered by AI, and governed by the bank. Built within Unblu’s platform, it connects communication channels, internal data, and large language models into a single governed system that financial institutions can configure, audit, and own.

Aria handles high-volume routine interactions automatically, routing inquiries, answering knowledge base questions, and scheduling advisor meetings, while escalating regulated or sensitive conversations to human advisors with full context preserved. The platform gives compliance and operations teams direct control over where AI operates and where it hands off, with logic that institutions configure themselves and can audit.

The platform is LLM-agnostic. Institutions can run on Unblu’s managed AI infrastructure, with regional data controls and no training on customer data, or connect their existing managed AI platforms, or on-premise deployments. Individual nodes within a flow can each be configured with a different model, giving compliance and operations teams fine-grained control over how AI is applied at every step of a client journey.

“The right question isn’t how much can we automate – it is where does AI genuinely help, and where does human judgment remain essential,” said Hakan Kocabeyoglu, Chief Product and Technology Officer at Unblu. “Aria gives institutions the tools to answer that for themselves, within their own compliance requirements. That autonomy is by design.”

The launch marks a significant expansion of Unblu’s product strategy, extending a platform used by more than 170 financial institutions into client journey orchestration, bringing together process automation, AI, human escalation, and the bank’s own systems in a single governed layer.

“AI will not replace the relationship between a client and their trusted financial advisor,” added Jens Rabe, Chief Executive Officer at Unblu. “But it will transform every interaction that happens before, between, and after those moments. Unblu has spent 18 years helping financial institutions earn that trust in digital channels. Aria is the next chapter in that work.”

Beyond client conversations, Aria streamlines traditional banking processes such as client onboarding, KYC reviews, and document collection. Routine steps – gathering information, verifying documents, answering status queries – are handled automatically, while compliance-critical decisions are routed to the right employee for review. The result is faster turnaround for clients and less manual workload for operations teams, without weakening regulatory oversight.
