Enable or Disable Chat

  1. From the main menu in the Agent Desk select Account > Settings then select the Advanced button.

  2. Ensure that the label and Show Inherited check boxes are selected.

  3. Enter enable chat (or you can use the full technical label: com.unblu.cobrowsing.chatEnabled) into the Filter field. The Enable chat check box displays.


  4. Select or deselect the enable chat check box then save, log out and back in to apply the changes.
