Unblu Spark is officially Citrix Ready® and optimized for high-performance delivery within Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments. By leveraging advanced WebRTC Media Redirection, Unblu ensures that banking and wealth management firms can provide seamless video, voice, and co-browsing experiences without compromising VDI scalability or server performance.

Advanced HDX Optimization Architecture

Unblu Spark utilizes the Citrix Unified Communications SDK (UCSDK) to optimize WebRTC traffic for virtualized environments. Unlike standard browser-based video which consumes significant server-side CPU, Unblu redirects the media stream directly to the local endpoint.

• Logic Redirection: The Unblu Spark interface runs within the Citrix VDA (Virtual Delivery Agent), while all media processing is offloaded to the local device.
• SFU Media Engine: The local endpoint establishes a secure, optimized connection directly to the Unblu Media Server.
• Scalability: By shifting encoding and decoding to the endpoint, firms can support higher user density per Citrix server while maintaining ultra-low latency.
