Sanitas implements Unblu’s Video and Voice Solutions
Basel - The Swiss insurer responds to changing customer demands and lockdown restrictions by offering video advice to its customers.
Sanitas Krankenversicherung, headquartered in Zurich, is one of the largest health insurance companies in Switzerland with around 841,000 customers. The company is always breaking new and innovative ground and developing cutting-edge services. In 2020, for example, Sanitas implemented Unblu's Co-Browsing technology in 2020 and is now further developing their digital support and advice for customers.

New in their offerings are Unblu’s Video and Voice features. These easily embedded technologies enable Sanitas’ advisors to be as close as possible to their customers. Both parties get to connect with each other in real-time and advisors are able to accelerate the sale process in a secure way,smoothly meeting stringent data security and compliance requirements.
