A Co-Browsing session can be started from within any of these applications.

We wanted a technology that would make our customer journeys more efficient and at the same time promote interactions with customers. Our advisors should be able to provide the best possible service to our customers, regardless of the device, channel, or type of advice

Roman Gassner, Head of Digital Channels at Glarner Kantonalbank

Due to Unblu’s Co-Browsing, advisors at Glarner Kantonalbank can look at customers’ browser window, after they have given their approval, and provide targeted help to resolve any problems. As a result, consultations via phone are more focused and efficient. This, in turn, increases customer satisfaction and enhances the overall customer experience.

“We wanted a technology that would make our customer journeys more efficient and at the same time promote interactions with customers. Our advisors should be able to provide the best possible service to our customers, regardless of the device, channel, or type of advice,” says Roman Gassner, Head of Digital Channels at Glarner Kantonalbank.
