Unblu signs a partnership agreement with Soitron to reinforce its presence in the Czech Republic
Unblu has reached an agreement with Soitron to jointly commercialize its collaboration solution for the key market verticals in the Czech Republic.
Soitron, with more than 26 years of experience in the market, 127 million Euros annual revenue and more than 800 employees worldwide, is a company especially recognized for its ability to design and implement omnichannel solutions focused on improving the user experience.
Luc Haldimann, CEO at Unblu, said, "this fact is especially important for us as the improvement of the user experience, from an omnichannel perspective, is one of the main challenges of traditional banking and insurance companies, our main focus. This agreement allows us to be in a privileged position to work with the local financial sector in the implementation of technological solutions that allow them to fulfill their digitalization objectives".
This agreement aims to extend the implementation of the Unblu solution in the Czech Republic. Unblu's solution will allow organizations to interact with visitors to their websites, online platforms or mobile devices in real time, guiding customers through their digital journey to the successful completion of a business transaction. Unblu helps companies rationalize their physical presence and offers a high level of customer service through centralized and virtual service centers. With live participation, the abandonment of transactions is significantly reduced and online conversion rates and revenues increased.
