Izertis and Unblu seal an alliance aimed at the financial sector in Spain

Unblu and Izertis have closed a partnership agreement for the implementation of Unblu's communication and collaboration solutions in banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies in Spain.

The agreement will allow the commercialization of Unblu's conversational platform, which significantly improves the effectiveness of advice, sales, and support issues in financial and investment platforms.

Among other services, live chat, secure messaging, video, and voice solutions are offered so that specialists can respond to doubts and questions raised by their clients. The main strength of Unblu's solutions is that their applications allow for hybrid experiences. Through the same interface, customers can solve simple questions through bots, or be transferred to specialists to handle complex issues or by customer request. With a single click, customers choose how they want to interact, having the option to change the communications channel if they wish. All these solutions are integrated seamlessly into the web and mobile channels of financial institutions, so customers do not have to download any additional software to use them.

Complementing all the available communication channels, Unblu also offers joint online navigation between advisor and client, to provide an explanation that solves 100% of the user's doubts. Both parties can comment on issues by sharing the same application, web, or document, highlighting information relevant to the discussion.

This system, still relatively new to Spain, provides a safe and tested solution for a complete digital experience in the financial sector. In just one year, the system allows a fourfold increase in access to scheduled meetings with clients and a 50% reduction in the cost of customer service calls.
