unblu releases version 3.3.0

The latest release of unblu is now available for all customers in the unblu cloud. Release 3.3.0 features a number of product enhancements and also introduces new capabilities, paving the way to manage your online customer engagements across multiple channels.

Next to our new Live Chat capability, the most noticeable advancement in unblu 3.3.0 is the new agent workspace, which now features inbound customer request queue management as well as the ability to either join a customer´s web session or to invite a customer to a brand new web session.  With the agent workspace, we have created one simple space where you can manage your customer engagement.

Our new Live Chat capability in combination with the agent workspace gives agents an extremely simple way to provide multi channel support to web site visitors. Visitors can now start an online interaction using the embedded Live Chat functionality available in our teams plus and performance product editions. After a Live Chat interaction is established, agents and clients can seamlessly launch the joint document viewer or co-browsing to start visual sharing.
