I want to enable/disable the Chat Queue in my account.
In order to do that you have perform the steps below:
- Go to www.unblu.com.
- Log into your account.
- Go to myunblu -> Administer Account.
- Account Settings -> Feature Settings.
- If the chat feature is currently disabled/not ticked, you have to enable this feature first.
- Once this is enabled, go to Agent Interface Settings and enable/tick the Chart Queue feature.
