How to enable or disable the Chat Queue


I want to enable/disable the Chat Queue in my account.


In order to do that you have perform the steps below:

  1. Go to
  2. Log into your account.
  3. Go to myunblu -> Administer Account.
  4. Account Settings -> Feature Settings.
  5. If the chat feature is currently disabled/not ticked, you have to enable this feature first.
  6. Once this is enabled, go to Agent Interface Settings and enable/tick the Chart Queue feature.
