Product Marketing Manager 

unblu, the leading provider for customer collaboration / co-browsing solutions for the financial services industry, is looking for a young, ambitious and fast learning individual to strengthen its marketing team in Basel, Switzerland. Experience in the software industry is required.


The Product Marketing Manager reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborates with product management, digital marketing, sales, customer service and R&D. He/She defines and drives the Go to Market and key messaging of the product portfolio across sales channels.

Job Description:

As a product marketing manager, you will responsible for telling the world (and company) the story of our product offering. You will be expected to be our chief advocate for its feature set and its benefits. Additionally, you will be charged with crafting the strategy around the messaging and marketing for new launches as well as the ongoing adjustment of the messaging as the marketplace evolves.


  • Together with the product team (Product Manager / R&D), educate both internal and external stakeholders about our product features and their benefits.
  • Create product content (e.g. sales enablement documentation, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts, forum responses) to articulate the benefits of our products to the world. Run a content calendar with regular deliverables that keeps the news flowing
  • Assist members of our sales team on RFIs, calls with prospects when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product.
  • Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product.
  • Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.


  • BA/BS in degree in a relevant field or equivalent working experience.
  • Past experience in product marketing, and/or product management in the software industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with German being a strong plus -- there is a heavy amount of writing and presenting/selling ideas in this role.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (we are using Concrete 5). You will be expected to work together with the Head of Digital Marketing to build product pages, optimize the conversion paths on those pages, and use dynamic calls-to-action to create and test buyer stage-specific calls-to-action.
  • Past experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, SlideShare, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
  • Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the product to life. You are at the center of our entire organization, constantly interacting with teammates and prospects.
  • Enthusiasm for the product and the market. Ability to work in a small, international organization with demanding clients. Willingness to go the extra mile.
  • An ability to continuously evolve the strategy and the tactics applied in the GTM. Our environment is highly dynamic and we all embrace continuous change.

Senior Java Software Engineer

unblu inc., the leading provider for co-browsing and live collaboration solutions, is looking for an experienced, fast learning and innovative individual to strengthen its product development team in Basel, CH.

Your main tasks

  • Design, develop and test software components according to requirements
  • Deliver modules for a highly complex and distributed software system based on cutting edge technology
  • Participate in architecture, design, effort estimation, implementation testing and documentation
  • Closely work together with the delivery team

Your profile

  • High school degree in Software Engineering or equivalent degree/experience
  • Strong experience in programming Java applications
  • Very good knowledge in browser technologies (Javascript, HTML, HTML5...)
  • Preferably experienced in designing scalable, robust software
  • Verbal and written skills in German a plus
  • Additional Skills that are very welcome: (amazon aws, automated testing, c/c++, WebSocket, HTTP, OSGI, zookeeper, cassandra, event driven architecture...)
