You can customize many aspects of Unblu. The way customization is achieved can be very different for Cloud versus On-premises integrations but the Settings in the Agent Desk are virtually identical in both Cloud and On-premises (see bellow).
If you require a customization for which you do not find an appropriate setting dialog in the Admin Application, contact firstname.lastname@example.org as we have the ability to help out with specific master admin settings in some instances.
The Unblu user interface is highly configurable. The properties described here are simple to use and already impacts how Unblu looks like for the visitor and the agent.

By setting the brand colors all non-black/grey/white colors in Unblu may be changed to the ones of your brand. Shades of these colors used, e.g., for hover states, are automatically calculated on these configurations.
