unblu, a leading provider of collaborative engagement solutions for the world’s leading banks and financial institutions, announced that it was identified as a sample vendor in the July 2017 Gartner "Hype Cycle for Business Ecosystems, 2017" report. unblu was named in the “Collaborative Customer Interface” (CCI) category.

The conversion of web capabilities to smartphones and tablets will accelerate adoption of the technology.
