Deutsche Telekom and 4Com add unblu co-browsing to Call Center Solution Portfolio

Deutsche Telekom presents a new integrated Call Center Solution provided by their Partner 4Com at CCW in Berlin. The solution includes unblu co-browsing.

One of the latest highlights of the solution is the fully integrated co-browsing capability allowing Live-Consultation for clients on the enterprise's website.

Call Center World is the leading European Conference and Trade Show on the Customer Service, -Communication and Contact Centre Industry, taking place from February 23rd to 25th.  During the event Deutsche Telekom will present the 4Com Multichannel Solution. Amongst other innovations, Deutsche Telekom highlights its new fully integrated Co-Browsing solution powered by unblu, which allows call center agents to view the customer´s browser screen while consulting clients.
