Avaloq and unblu jointly present: Co-Browsing for Avaloq Front Solutions

Avaloq and unblu jointly present unblu co-browsing for customers on the Avaloq BPO platform in an upcoming webinar for Avaloq BPO clients on April 8th 2016.

After announcing membership of the Avaloq Software Exchange in September 2015, unblu and Avaloq Sourcing Solutions announce availability of unblu co-browsing for Avaloq BPO customers running Avaloq Front Solutions.

With this step, co-browsing becomes a standard solution capability available to all Avaloq BPO customers. Avaloq Front Solutions is a state of the art digital banking front end. Thanks to unblu, the platform can now be used both for self service as well as for personalised advice use cases, in which AFS serve as the collaboration foundation for the relationship manager to client conversation.
